Nurse (RN, LPN, NP)
Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, administer medications, and educate patients on health management. The nurse will work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients to ensure optimal care and recovery.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care & Treatment

  • Provide direct patient care based on medical guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians as necessary.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed.
  • Assist in medical procedures and wound care management.

2. Medical Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and infection control protocols.
  • Prepare reports and communicate patient progress with the medical team.

3. Patient & Family Education

  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, post-treatment care, and medication adherence.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.

4. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nurses and nursing assistants, if applicable.
  • Participate in medical training and continuous education programs.

5. Emergency & Specialized Care (For NP and RN roles)

  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries (NP role).
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (NP role).
Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Advanced degree for Nurse Practitioners.
  • Licensing & Certification: Valid nursing license (RN, LPN, or NP) as per state regulations. Additional certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) are a plus.
  • Experience: [Specify required experience, e.g., 2+ years in a clinical or hospital setting].
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care abilities. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
