At MediCare, we carry out Community Health Projects in various locations for our clients. Our clients include Governments, NGOs as well as corporate clients sponsoring Community Health Projects as part of their CSR projects.

Projects include setting up and management of community clinics and hospitals, vaccination programmes, screening programmes, training programmes for medical professionals and health education and promotion programmes.

Our Community Health Projects are lead by health management and public health experts. In all our projects we focus on sustainability, ensuring that we always train local professionals and transfer skills. We endeavour to implement financial models in our projects which make them financially independent in the long term thus ensuring sustainability.

Our Liaison Officers work with the major stakeholders before the project and throughout the lifetime of the project to ensure that expectations are managed and communications are maintained.
