Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in healthcare facilities, offices, and residential areas. The role includes disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing high-touch areas, and ensuring a safe, germ-free environment. The ideal candidate must be reliable, physically fit, and knowledgeable about cleaning products and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning & Disinfection

Perform deep cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, floors, and frequently touched areas.
Use antibacterial and disinfectant cleaning solutions to prevent the spread of infections.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.

2. Waste Management & Hygiene Maintenance

Dispose of waste, including biohazardous materials, in compliance with health regulations.
Ensure restrooms, common areas, and workspaces are sanitized and well-stocked with supplies.
Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals safely.

3. Equipment & Supplies Management

Operate cleaning machinery, including floor buffers and steam cleaners.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or malfunctions.
Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking when needed.

4. Safety & Compliance

Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including wearing protective gear when necessary.
Follow company policies and industry regulations for infection control and sanitation.
Ensure compliance with COVID-19 and other hygiene-related protocols.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: No formal education required; a high school diploma is a plus.
