Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice on drug interactions and usage, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

2. Patient Consultation & Education

Provide guidance on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions.
Educate patients on proper storage and administration of medications.
Counsel patients on managing chronic conditions through medication adherence.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Safety

Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient consultations.
Follow proper storage and handling procedures for medications.

4. Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
Recommend alternative medications based on efficacy, availability, and patient needs.
Participate in patient care discussions and treatment monitoring.

5. Research & Continuous Learning

Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmaceutical sciences.
Attend training sessions and industry conferences to enhance expertise.
Implement best practices in pharmaceutical care and patient safety.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
Licensing: Valid pharmacist license as per state or national regulations.
